Retainer Overview

This retainer provides ongoing, reserved access to a dedicated Kajabi expert on a monthly basis.

Rather than scoping and quoting each request as a separate project, you reserve a block of my time each month and use it however your business needs — builds, edits, troubleshooting, strategy, or a second set of eyes.

The retainer is intended for clients with continuous Kajabi work who want a consistent partner rather than a series of one-off engagements.

How the Retainer Works

Flat monthly fee, invoiced on the 1st of each month

Work begins once the invoice has been paid Time is tracked in 15-minute increments, rounded up A 5-minute request is recorded as 15 minutes; a 20-minute request as 30 minutes. This is communicated upfront so the accounting stays transparent for both parties. Hours do not roll over month to month Reserved availability carries real value whether or not it is fully used. Each month stands on its own. Hours used are reported to you so you always know your remaining balance Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice

Website & Landing Pages Design, development, and revision of Kajabi pages, optimized for desktop and mobile
Funnels & Offers Sales pages, offer checkout configuration, welcome email sequences, thank-you pages
Courses & Products Product and module builds, curriculum structure, drip and access configuration
Communities Community setup, access groups, circles, and usability improvements
Email & Automations Sequences, broadcasts, forms, tags, triggers, and third-party integrations
Kajabi Account & Settings Domain configuration, payment processing, system pages, member access, and login setup
Strategy & Consultation Calls, audits, technical recommendations, and platform guidance
